Chicken and carrot stew

Chicken stew is a staple dish in any kitchen, very easy to make and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 free-range chicken, cut into pieces
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 large handful of frozen onion, chopped
  • 250 ml camomile tea 
  • Half a litre of water
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Put some oil in a saucepan and fry the onion without defrosting and the peeled and finely sliced or diced carrot over medium heat.

When the onion starts to brown, add the chopped chicken and stir to brown it a little. Once the chicken skin has browned a little, add the previously heated camomile and water. 

Cook over a medium heat until the sauce has reduced enough and you're done.
