Sautéed leek and burger

This is an easy, healthy and nutritious dish that every family will love.

Ingredients per person :

  • 1 hamburger and a half (beef hamburger is better, but you can also make chicken hamburger)
  • 1 and a half leeks
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut oil
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt

Preparation:

Cut the leek into slices, fry in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a tablespoon of coconut oil, add the peeled whole garlic cloves, spices to taste and a pinch of salt and fry a little more. When the leek is browned, add the finely chopped patties and fry until the meat changes colour, stirring the mince until it is the size of bolognaise.

Note: Can also be made with minced meat and spices to taste, about 200 g per person.

Note 2: It is preferable that any fish you are going to eat raw or marinated spend at least 24 hours in the freezer to avoid any risk.
