Scrambled eggs with cod and spinach

Very tasty and easy to prepare recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tins of cod in oil
  • 4 cubes of frozen spinach
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Spices to taste

Preparation:

Sauté the spinach so that it starts to melt with a little olive oil, when it is well thawed and melted add the chopped or powdered garlic and salt, continue frying for a little longer, adding the drained cod in the meantime, fry everything and when we see that the garlic is taking some colour add the 8 eggs, stir until the egg is scrambled to our liking, add spices to taste, for example a little parsley and it is ready to serve.
