Buckwheat with green beans and broad beans

A light recipe with a very fresh taste.

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr of buckwheat
  • 150 gr of broad beans
  • 150 g of green beans
  • Aove
  • Salt, pepper and spices to taste

Preparation:

First wash the buckwheat in cold water, then cook it with a little less than twice its weight in water and a little salt. 

Meanwhile, in a frying pan, fry the broad beans and green beans with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and add spices to taste. Once fried, mix everything with the buckwheat and it is ready.
