Healthy sugar-free pseudo-Nutella

Here's a delicious recipe for healthy, sugar-free, organic pseudo-nutella made with only 4 ingredients: dates, hazelnuts, almond milk and pure cocoa. The kids love it!

Ingredients for 1 medium jar of Pseudo-Nutella:

  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 4 whole hazelnuts
  • 125 ml almond milk
  • 4 level tablespoons pure cocoa powder

I recommend you to use organic ingredients if you can, it is always much better.

Preparation:

Blend the dates, hazelnuts and almond milk with a hand or glass blender until a creamy paste is formed. Add the 4 tablespoons of cocoa and beat again, and that's it!

Note: you can play with the quantities according to your taste. For example, if you want it sweeter, add one or two more dates; if you want more Nutella flavour, add one or two more hazelnuts. You can also add more or less cocoa or milk, depending on the taste and texture you want.
