Strawberry jam

How to make homemade jam without sugar, it will be useful both for breakfast and snacks and as an accompaniment to a savoury recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g erythritol
  • Juice of a small lemon
  • A splash of water

Preparation:

Cook over a medium heat for between 45 minutes and 1 hour, stirring from time to time and pressing the strawberries as they soften. If it is too thick, add a little more water. Remove from the heat when it has the texture of jam and the strawberries are completely broken down.
