Chocolate muesli

Learn how to prepare this delicious muesli for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 300gr hazelnuts and Brazil nuts
  • 300g millet flakes
  • 10 level tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 15 heaped level tablespoons of coconut sugar

Preparation:

Chop the hazelnuts and walnuts in a food processor, add the millet flakes and cocoa powder, mix well. Put the coconut sugar in a glass or cup, add a splash of water and stir, add to the millet, cocoa and nut mixture and stir again.

Place in a pyrex dish and bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.

Leave to cool and when completely cool, add dark chocolate chips and/or flakes.
