Steamed salmon or cod

A simple, quick and healthy recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen salmon or cod, 1 piece per person
  • Soy sauce or all-i-oli sauce OPTIONAL
  • Dill or dried parsley OPTIONAL

Preparation:

Fill the tank of the steam oven with water so that the level is between the two marks, put the fish without defrosting distributed between the two trays and put in cooking mode at 100º for 8 minutes.

It can be dressed with soy sauce (goes very well with salmon) or with parsley or dill and all-i-oli (goes very well with cod) or we can also add a little kimchi.
