{"id":1465,"date":"2025-05-26T09:46:56","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T09:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urolistic.com\/?p=1465"},"modified":"2025-05-27T08:05:15","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T08:05:15","slug":"alimentos-proinflamatorios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/urolistic.com\/en\/blog\/2025\/05\/26\/alimentos-proinflamatorios\/","title":{"rendered":"Pro-inflammatory foods"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"1465\" class=\"elementor elementor-1465\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52acc8ea e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"52acc8ea\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1dfe8d12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1dfe8d12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sabemos que algunos alimentos tienen de por s\u00ed el poder de inflamar la pared intestinal, pues el sistema inmunitario los reconoce como \u201cagentes extra\u00f1os\u201d y evita que atraviesen la barrera intestinal, mientras que otros s\u00f3lo inflaman el intestino si son mal digeridos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Algunos ejemplos de alimentos proinflamatorios son los cereales que contienen gluten u otro tipo de lectinas, de las que luego hablaremos, los l\u00e1cteos y los alimentos que contienen \u00e1cidos grasos omega 6 (la mayor\u00eda de las semillas y sus aceites, los cereales, etc.). Cuando hablamos de una alergia alimentaria, nos referimos a una reacci\u00f3n inmunitaria producida por el contacto con ciertas sustancias de los alimentos, mediada directamente por las c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmunitario o por los anticuerpos tipo IgE, en la que se liberan citoquinas proinflamatorias y otras sustancias y se pone en marcha una verdadera reacci\u00f3n inflamatoria que puede llegar a ser muy peligrosa. Cuando nos referimos a una intolerancia alimentaria, sin embargo, en principio suele tratarse de una reacci\u00f3n no espec\u00edfica del sistema digestivo, no mediada por la inmunidad, por d\u00e9ficits a nivel de algunas enzimas de la digesti\u00f3n o por alteraciones en la microbiota que impiden una buena metabolizaci\u00f3n de algunas sustancias ingeridas. Aunque en este caso no hay una activaci\u00f3n directa del sistema inmunitario intestinal, la realidad es que la presencia de sustancias mal digeridas y una alteraci\u00f3n de la microbiota local, en la pr\u00e1ctica, acabar\u00e1 muy probablemente provocando un estado de inflamaci\u00f3n a nivel intestinal. La activaci\u00f3n excesiva de las c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias intestinales va a hacer que \u00e9stas se pongan a fabricar de manera masiva unas mol\u00e9culas llamadas citoquinas proinflamatorias, que se liberan a la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y sirven para atraer m\u00e1s c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias a la zona inflamada (es como si las c\u00e9lulas \u201cpidieran refuerzos\u201d a otras unidades del sistema inmunitario). As\u00ed, las citoquinas servir\u00e1n para aumentar la respuesta inflamatoria local. Si la exposici\u00f3n a la sustancia que ha provocado la inflamaci\u00f3n persiste, por ejemplo, si comemos cada d\u00eda un alimento que no toleramos bien, esta inflamaci\u00f3n local puede hacerse cr\u00f3nica, aunque no se trate de una alergia. As\u00ed, si la pared intestinal est\u00e1 inflamada, sus c\u00e9lulas, llamadas enterocitos, que participan activamente en la digesti\u00f3n, no realizar\u00e1n correctamente su funci\u00f3n y por ello, el procesamiento y digesti\u00f3n de aquellas sustancias que se produce a nivel de estos enterocitos se ver\u00e1n alterados. Tambi\u00e9n, la absorci\u00f3n desde el intestino de numerosas sustancias beneficiosas ser\u00e1 menos eficiente, pudiendo dar lugar a ciertos d\u00e9ficits nutricionales. Adem\u00e1s, ciertas mol\u00e9culas como el gluten o la case\u00edna de la leche son muy similares a algunas mol\u00e9culas de la superficie de nuestras c\u00e9lulas, como las c\u00e9lulas de la gl\u00e1ndula tiroidea por ejemplo.
