Pancakes with only two ingredients, a much healthier alternative to traditional pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
Preparation:
Mash the banana with a fork, beat the eggs and add it to the banana, mixing it well until it is a liquid and homogeneous mass or blend it with a blender.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180° up and down, put baking paper on the baking trays and pour several spoonfuls depending on the desired size to form the pancakes.
Leave in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
Note:
It can also be made in a frying pan, grease it with a little oil or butter, when the surface of the frying pan is hot, start pouring the batter with the help of a spoon, cook the plantain omelette for approximately 3 minutes and, with the help of a non-stick spatula, check that the bottom has browned so that you can turn it over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
