Banana pancakes

Pancakes with only two ingredients, a much healthier alternative to traditional pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana

Preparation:

Mash the banana with a fork, beat the eggs and add it to the banana, mixing it well until it is a liquid and homogeneous mass or blend it with a blender.

It can be made in a frying pan, grease it with a little oil or butter, when the surface of the pan is hot, start pouring the batter with a spoon, cook the plantain omelette for approximately 3 minutes and, with the help of a non-stick spatula, check that the bottom has browned so that you can turn it over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
