Cocoa soufflé

A quick and easy option for breakfast, dessert or a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 medium spoonfuls of pure cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

I recommend you to use organic ingredients if you can, it is always much better.

Preparation:

Beat the bananas with the eggs, cocoa and baking powder and place in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power.

Note 1:

You can put little dark chocolate pearls on top when you take it out of the microwave so that they melt with the heat.

Note 2:

If you want it sweeter, add 2 to 4 medium spoonfuls of erythritol or 4-5 medjool dates without the stone.
